After the initial 3-day window, all subscriptions are deemed final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or access status. This includes partial use or non-usage of the service.
To initiate a refund within the eligible window, please write to us at support@themarketscan.in using your registered email ID. Kindly mention your registered phone number, reason for refund, date of purchase and transaction/payment reference to help us verify your request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment. Please note that actual refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method, bank, or card issuer.
Transaction fees and applicable taxes charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable, and such deductions may reflect in the final refund amount.
As our subscriptions are prepaid and digital in nature, cancellations do not apply once the refund window has passed. We do not offer pro-rata refunds or cancellations for unused periods of the subscription.
